We use session cookies by VG Wort, Munich, to measure access to our articles. Session cookies contain a random session id. Additionally they contain information about the source and the data retaining duration. These measurements are done by the INFOnline GmbH and are used to pay out a share of the VG Wort’s profits to authors.
WordPress may or may not store additional cookies, for example if you are logged in. This site can be used without enabling cookies, and we certainly do not store any personally identifiable information (PII). This is my personal blog, and I could care less about what things you do online.
Skalierbares Zentrales Messverfahren (SZM)
Our website uses the „Skalierbare Zentrale Messverfahren“ (SZM) of the INFOnline GmbH (https://www.infonline.de), which is a way of statistically measuring articles.
Measurements are anonymized. If cookies are enabled, a session cookie will be stored in order to identify a returning client. IP addresses are only processed in an anonymized way.
At no point in time, individual users are identified. Your identity remains protected and you will not receive any unwanted advertising, SPAM and whatnot.
